goyo club exists for the locals. For the stories worth telling, and for the artists shaping sound on their own terms.

We were built to archive what matters. This started with two filmmakers who wanted to document artists in the real world. Not in a studio, not on a set, but in the places that raised us.

We curate and archive local and visiting artists inside family owned spaces across Los Angeles, capturing the sound and the stories those rooms hold. Spaces with history, texture, and memory became the heart of goyo club, a way to celebrate true talent while honoring the places that hold our communities together.

Our archives began with the Electric Cleaners series, DJ mixes recorded in a Koreatown dry cleaner. Finding Records series followed, live performances recorded in one of the last standing bookstores in Koreatown, Los Angeles.

The archive is where it starts. We build stages through live events and parties, gathering people around the artists we document, off the screen and into the room. We plan to keep expanding into new forms of art, new spaces, and new cities.
