Terms of Use

Effective Date: August 10, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of goyo.club (the "Site"), operated by Goyo Artist Collective, LLC ("goyo club," "we," "us," or "our").

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

1. Who May Use the Site

You may use the Site if you can form a binding contract with us under applicable law. If you are under 13, please do not use the Site or submit anything to us. If you are between 13 and 18, please use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and do not submit an artist submission without their permission.

2. The Archive

goyo club curates and publishes an archive of recorded performances, mixes, events, and writing. Everything in the archive — video, photography, text, design, and the goyo club name and marks — is owned by us or by the artists and photographers we work with, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may view, link to, and share the archive. You may not:

  • copy, re-upload, or redistribute our recordings as your own, or strip credit from them;
  • use the archive or the goyo club name to imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation that does not exist;
  • scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the Site in a way that burdens it, or bypass any technical limit we put in place;
  • use the Site to break the law or to harass anyone.

Embedded videos are served by YouTube and are additionally governed by YouTube's own terms.

3. Your Account-Free Use

We do not operate accounts or logins. You do not need to register to use the Site. Anything you send us — a contact message, an artist submission, a mailing list sign-up — is sent as a one-off, and how we handle the personal information in it is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Artist Submissions

If you submit music, mixes, performance video, or links through our Contact form, the following applies.

You keep your rights. You continue to own your music and your performances. Nothing here transfers ownership to us.

What you're telling us. By submitting, you confirm that the work is yours, or that you have permission from everyone who owns a part of it (co-writers, producers, labels, other performers), and that sharing it with us does not break an agreement you already have with someone else.

What you're allowing us to do. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to review your submission, and — if we invite you to record with us and you take part — to record, edit, publish, and promote that session in the goyo club archive and on our social channels, with credit to you. This permission covers the archive and its promotion. It does not cover selling your work, licensing it to third parties, or releasing it commercially.

Anything beyond that is a separate conversation. If we ever want to use your work outside the archive and its promotion, we will ask you and agree it separately in writing.

You can ask us to take it down. Email info@goyo.club and we will discuss removing a recording from the archive. We may keep internal copies and cannot recall copies other people have already downloaded or reposted.

We are not obliged to use what you send. We may decline any submission for any reason, and we are not able to return materials or give feedback on everything we receive.

5. Shop and Orders

Our shop is powered by Shopify and operates at goyoclub.shop. Product listings on this Site are an invitation to order, not a binding offer, and we may correct pricing or availability errors before an order is accepted.

When you check out, you leave this Site and transact with Shopify's checkout. Payment, order confirmation, shipping, returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled there, under the store policies published at checkout and Shopify's own terms. If a store policy at checkout conflicts with these Terms for anything order-related, the store policy governs.

6. Mailing List and Text Messages

If you opt in, we send updates by email and — if you give us a phone number — by text message. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can stop email at any time using the unsubscribe link, and stop texts at any time by replying STOP. Consent to marketing is never a condition of buying anything. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and who processes it.

7. Events

Event listings show details as we understand them at the time of publication. Line-ups, times, venues, and prices are set by the venue or promoter and can change or be cancelled without notice. Tickets are sold by third parties under their own terms — we are not the ticket seller and cannot issue refunds for them.

8. The Site Is Provided As-Is

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that archive information (dates, credits, line-ups) is free of mistakes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, goyo club will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We link to other sites — artist profiles, streaming services, ticket sellers, our shop. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Copyright Complaints

If you believe something on the Site infringes your copyright, email info@goyo.club with a description of the work, the URL of the material in question, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized. We respond to valid notices and will remove or disable material where appropriate.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
